My Sprinter van came up with an error of oil level too high on my way home from Seattle to Portland in Lacy, Wa. Turns out there was diesel in my oil which could do some serious damage if I continued to drive it. I called 3 places for quotes at 10pm to tow 125 miles home and Nisqually came in at the best price. Andrew showed up when he said he would and was a great guy to make the 2+ hour ride home in. We were both impressed and thankful for his service to hear that Andrew spent 20 years in the military. Easy to recommend Nisqually when you end up in a jam on the road.

Had a sticky situation with my school bus breaking down at my house, but was able to schedule a tow and they made it look easy! Jay was super professional and communicated exactly when he was going to arrive. He was very helpful and just a super nice guy! Can’t thank them enough!

Best service ever hands-down. I locked my keys in my car and I have waited hours for somebody to come unlock my car or anything for roadside service. These guys were there within 30 minutes. He was funny and friendly. Got my keys out very professional. I recommend them to anybody.

Great customer service. One of my customers had the brakes on the semi trailer catch on fire. The driver decided to drop the unit at a rest area and block the lane for the other semis to go through. He left and we had no choice but to get it towed. Once it got to the Nisqually tow yard, the customer paid the bill to have it released. It was too late in the day for the tech to come out and do a brake job. I called the main line and an older gentleman picked up. I explained to him that the unit was loaded with product and if he could make sure no one in the yard shut it off. He advised he’d bring the unit up to the front, and even top off the fuel if needed. Called the next day after repairs to let them know a driver was coming by at 5pm. Trailer was picked up with no issues. Really appreciate these guys being flexible and allowing a tech to come into their yard and do a complete brake job. The load was saved, and the route was completed.

Thank you to the two drivers that came out yesterday on a holiday week, took time away from there family to tow me to the nearest Kenworth dealership after my truck simply died on me and wouldn’t restart. Both of the drivers were professional and knew what they were doing. I spoke with Tony, the gentleman who set up the tow. ETA was a lot quicker. They got there within the hour and had me all hooked up and ready to tow within a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you again for helping a fellow truck driver out. I appreciate your service and dedication.
